Juris Doctor (J.D.) with 7+ years of civil litigation experience.

Must be licensed to practice in Texas.

Case Management & Strategy

• Oversee a full caseload from intake to resolution with minimal supervision.

• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client goals.

• Evaluate case strengths, weaknesses, and risks for settlement or trial.

  
  

2. Client Relations

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients on assigned matters.

• Maintain regular updates, explain legal options, and manage client expectations.

• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.

  
  

3. Legal Research & Writing

• Conduct complex legal research on statutes, case law, and procedural rules.

• Draft high‑level pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Review and edit junior attorneys’ and paralegals’ work for accuracy and quality.

  
  

4. Courtroom & Hearing Representation

• Lead hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial strategies.

• Handle oral arguments and direct/cross‑examinations.

  
  

5. Mentorship & Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor junior associates.

• Provide constructive feedback on legal writing, strategy, and client communication.

• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

  
  

6. Administrative & Firm Leadership

• Track billable hours and ensure timely entry of time records.

• Organize and manage case files with precision and in strict adherence to the rules of civil procedure and all docket control deadlines.

• Uphold and model firm values, ethics, and professional conduct.
