Conner Tichota, Senior Counsel at Owens Law Group PLLC, is a former Harris County, Texas prosecutor whose experience as an Assistant District Attorney has shaped her strategic, pragmatic, and tenacious approach to complex litigation. Her background in the courtroom enables her to analyze challenging legal matters with confidence while advocating effectively for her clients.

Conner is particularly dedicated to every stage of estate planning, estate administration, and probate litigation. She has a talent for breaking down complex legal issues into clear, practical solutions, guiding clients through each step of the process with both skill and compassion.

She earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. Her communications background enhances her ability to build strong client relationships through thoughtful listening, clear guidance, and collaborative problem-solving. Conner takes the time to understand each client's unique goals, values, and priorities, ensuring they remain informed, involved, and confident throughout their legal journey.

KELLY D. CLARK, Senior Counsel

Kelly D. Clark is Senior Counsel at Owens Law Group PLLC, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has represented clients in state and federal courts across the United States, handling high-stakes litigation involving a wide range of commercial matters.

Before pursuing a legal career, Kelly held senior positions with Amegy Bank and Klein Bank, where she developed extensive experience in banking, finance, commercial lending, secured transactions, and banking regulatory compliance. Her unique combination of banking industry knowledge and litigation experience provides clients with valuable insight into the legal and business issues underlying their disputes.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 2010 and received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2014. While in law school, she was a member of the Oil and Gas Law Society and the Delta Theta Phi professional law fraternity. She also earned the "Best Team" award in the school's Intramural Mock Trial Competition, reflecting her early commitment to courtroom advocacy.

Kelly lives in The Woodlands with her husband and their two daughters. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and recreational shooting.
